Dispatch 

Miss Korea Kimchi dispatch order once per week: Every Monday (if it is on statutory holiday, it will be the following day). We endeavour to dispatch orders received before midday, on any business day that day.  

Delivery

Porirua area: We offer free delivery on Wednesday in Porirua area. (Any other days, we can communicate to sort it out).

Refrigerate Kimchi!

Miss Korea Kimchi is ALIVE!

They are continuously fermenting so please keep the Kimchi refrigerated as soon as you receive it.  

Any other area in New Zealand:

The delivery times noted below are the indicative timings advised by New Zealand Post or New Zealand Courier Services. Orders are packed and dispatched from Wellington. Miss Korea Kimchi cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during this timeframe. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays in New Zealand.

It will be perfect you can receive your order so it can be refrigerated immediately however if you think you cannot be there, please leave a message with details of where the Kimchi can be.

New Zealand

• Following Dispatch, Delivery target of 1-2 working days for the North Island, 3-4 days for the South Island.
• Following Dispatch, delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.

 

International Shipping

Miss Korea Kimchi is not currently offering any international shipping destinations. We are looking forward to offer it soon. 

 

Tracking Your Order

New Zealand: New Zealand Post or New Zealand Courier Services will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number. This will give you full visibility of your order’s progress.
